Daniel P. Herrmann advises clients on employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including with respect to retirement plan and health and welfare plan compliance requirements and the design, redesign, implementation and administration of benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements. He has experience counseling a variety of clients, including private companies of all stages, public companies, private equity firms, tax-exempt organizations and individual executives. He advises clients on both day-to-day benefit plan and executive compensation issues and issues arising in business transactions.
Dan received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his J.D. magna cum laude from Rutgers School of Law. He served as Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Review.
